My doubts are with some data records with less than 128bytes, they must be some incomplete memory pages i think. On all the other data records, the first byte of available data looks like the a dataLength field, infact most of the records have a 0x80 value, means that the following bytes are 128, ready to be written in a complete memory page of the MGC3130 (128bytes/page). Let's exclude the first two data records because I'm quite sure that they are filled up with the Firmware version info (120bytes in the first data record) and the crypto IV key (14bytes in the second data record). and finally it ends with an End-of-File (EOF) Record (:00000001FF). after that there are all the necessary Data Records with this format it starts with an Extended Linear Address Record (:020000040000FA). I've found out that the file follow the Intel HEX file format: enc library file, to extract all the necessary data that must be written in the flash memory of the MGC3130. I wish to flash the MGC3130's GestIC library with my PIC32MX (the host microcontroller).įirst of all i need to decode the content of the. Decoding GestICLibrary.enc file for manual library update
